We hope you love your Bella Freud purchase, but if you are not perfectly satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
